Our Plant BIC has two foundries with two cupolas each, having a total capacity of 24,000 M.T. per annum. The castings can be produced upto grade GG25/FG250.

BIC is well equipped with modern facilities including Heat Chamber, Sand Muller, Pneumatic Rammers etc. to produce consistent castings upto 5000 kgs.

BIC in keeping up with its modernisation plan has commissioned Pneumatic Sand Moulding Machines for precision castings from 50 grams upwards.

BIC has a fettling and finishing department with Angle Cutters, Grinders, Pneumatic Chipping Hammers, Dip Painting arrangements etc. to maintain the required overall finish. It has well equipped in-house machine shop with Lathes, Planers, Shapers, Radial Drill etc.

BIC to keep up its name in quality maintains complete physical testing facilities i.e. Coating, Hardness, Hydraulic Pressure, Load, Tensile, Transverse and Chemical Analysis. It has an excellent batch of technicians and quality control personnel to ensure total perfection of jobs and are constantly engaged in research and development in order to serve their customers in a better way.
