BIC has also established itself successfully in the international market of grey iron castings through its excellent service to its customers abroad by supplying as per specifications i.e. ASTM, BS, DIN etc. and also as per customers' own designs and requirements.

BIC has professionally qualified personnel to look after production, sales and administration with excellent co-ordination amongst them, resulting in timely delivery and maintenance of strict quality.

BIC's Quality Assurance Programme starts from selection and purchases of best available raw materials i.e. Pig Iron, Coke, Lime Stone, Bentonite, Graphite, Bitumen Paint, etc. by technically qualified purchase personnel. Testing of molten metal are being carried out in every charging. In-progress checking of all the required dimension, weight, fettling, machining (wherever needed), load testing, pressure testing, testing of tensile and transverse strength and testing of paint, etc. are done by qualified and well experienced quality control personnel.
